RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. we hope you are happy with your purchase. However , if you are not completely satisfied with you purchase for any reason , you may return it to us for a full refund only, please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS


All retunrs must be postmarked within (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused.

RETURN PROCESS

to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. After receiving AUTHORIZATION, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of return. 
please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return


REFUNDS


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return . please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return refund, we will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
